Baianí’s new factory is inaugurated in February

In February 2021 we inaugurated our new Factory, located at Rua Américo Brasiliense, 93 – Chácara Santo Antônio, São Paulo – Brazil. This same space will also accommodate a Factory store, a Café and a “Cultural Space”. With the demand for our bars increasing in the past year added to our plan to export our Tree to Bar chocolate to the world, we made a decision, even while enduring the 2020 pandemic, to find a new location for our factory.

This new space was totally remodeled and adapted to create a more organic flow of production that now has separate areas for every step of the Bean to bar production process. We invested in larger equipment, hired more collaborators, took training in several areas to prepare Baianí for this new phase of expansion and growth. We will now be able to increase production by 4-fold but always keeping the standard of quality that made Baianí famous. In this new space we will be able to share our passion for Tree to Bar chocolate by offering tours, guided tasting sessions and courses. Stay tuned for more news!

Our factory store opens to the public on Valentine’s day

After moving to the new factory space, we finally were able to open the doors of our factory store located at Rua Américo Brasiliense, 953 – Chácara Santo Antônio – São Paulo - Brazil. So come over to have a unique sensorial Tre to Bar experience and taste everything we make especially to share with you!


Baianí wins Big at the 2021 Prêmio Paladar-Estadão

In our first venture in making Easter Eggs, with recipes that were inspired in the new line of Baianí’s chocolate bars recently launched, we won a First place award at the famous yearly competion of best Easter Eggs promoted by the prestigious Brazilian Estadão newspaper.


Silver Award for our 70% Dark Brazilian Coffee – Latitude 13º

Winner at the 2021 International Chocolate Awards - Americas! Baianí wins another award. And this came even before the commercial launch of our 70% Dark- Latitude 13º, part of our Brazilian Coffee Project.
