In early June we travelled to the Catskills region of NY State to take part of the Summer Camp-Chocolate FunConference, an invitation only event promoted by Dandelion Chocolate. From there we went to NYC to participate of the summer edition of the FCIA event.
Starting on that same weekend, the famous Fancy Food Fair was taking place at the Javits Center in Manhattan, with an amazing variety of gourmet and specialty foods from all over the world.
Juliana also participated in the Level 1 and 2 of Martin Christy and Maricel Presilla’s Seventy Percent tasting course that took place in Hoboken-NJ for 4 days. The course is very complete, bringing an evaluation system based on a neuroscience study that will enable Juliana to improve her skills as a chocolate maker.
